These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. Please read them carefully before submitting your footage or engaging our services.

By submitting footage or materials to FlickPie for editing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

FlickPie may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

FlickPie provides remote video editing services. Clients submit raw footage and instructions via our website, email, or cloud storage links. Our editors enhance, cut, and assemble your content according to your brief. Final edited videos are delivered digitally via secure cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) or email download links.

We may use AI-powered tools to assist with editing, but all work is reviewed and finalised by a professional human editor.

• You must have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any footage, music, images, or other materials you submit to FlickPie.
• You are responsible for ensuring your materials do not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful content.
• You must provide clear instructions and respond promptly to communication from our team to ensure timely delivery.

All prices and payments are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods listed on our website or as agreed with you directly.

Work will commence once payment is received and all required materials have been submitted.

We aim to deliver your edited video within the timeframe agreed at the time of booking. Actual turnaround may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and our current workload. Delivery is made via secure cloud storage (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) or by email download link.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address and check your spam/junk folder for delivery notifications.

Each project includes up to two (2) free rounds of revisions after initial delivery. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your edited video. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be quoted before work proceeds.

Refunds are only available if we are unable to deliver the agreed service or if the delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in your original brief, and only after reasonable attempts at revision have been made.

You retain all rights to your original footage and materials. Upon full payment, FlickPie grants you a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the edited video for any lawful purpose.

FlickPie retains the right to use any pre-existing intellectual property (such as editing templates, graphics, or effects) included in your project for other clients or purposes.

FlickPie may feature your final edited video or screenshots in our online portfolio, social media, or marketing materials to showcase our work. If you do not wish your project to be featured, please let us know in writing when you submit your footage.

While we take great care with your materials, FlickPie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant project.

We are not responsible for loss or corruption of files during upload, transfer, or download, so please keep backup copies of all your materials.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
